DELIVERY INFORMATION

All jewellery is made to order in our Sydney studio unless specified as Ready to Ship.

Most made to order items will ship within 3 weeks, however some items may take up to 6 weeks at busy times & depending on our supply chain. Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days. If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact the studio here and we will try our best to accommodate your deadline.

SHIPPING RATES & TAXES

All items are shipped via express services through Australia Post or DHL Express.

Australia $10.00
New Zealand $15.00 - $30.00
Everywhere Else $40.00

Australian sales include 10% GST
New Zealand sales include 15% GST + custom duties

For all other international destinations, taxes & duties are not included & you may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.
