Replating
- If your Alexandra Dodds gold plated item has faded overtime, we offer a replating service to make it look like new again.
- Add the gold plating fee to your cart & send your item to the studio with your name & order number. Please notify us when you have sent the package so we can keep an eye out for it.

Gold plating turnaround is a minimum of 2 weeks.
Resizing
- A standard resize is within 1 full ring size (larger or smaller).
- Resizes larger than 1 full ring size may incur additional fees to cover the extra metal needed.
- Some rings cannot be resized due to the gemstones or design.

We recommend you package your items carefully as we are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit. We also recommend using a tracked service requiring a signature on delivery so that your item is not left unattended.

Our gold plating is a minimum 2.5 micron hard gold plating in 18ct gold.
All jewellery is handmade to order in our Sydney studio unless specified as Ready to Ship.
Most items will ship within 3 weeks, however some items may take up to 6 weeks.
Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact the studio here and we will try our best to accommodate your deadline.
All items are shipped insured via express services through Australia Post or DHL Express & require a signature on delivery.
