DELIVERY INFORMATION

All jewellery is made to order in our Sydney studio unless specified as Ready to Ship.

Most made to order items will ship within 3 weeks, however some items may take up to 6 weeks at busy times & depending on our supply chain. Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days. If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact the studio here and we will try our best to accommodate your deadline.


SHIPPING RATES & TAXES

All items are shipped via express services through Australia Post or DHL Express.

Australia $10.00
New Zealand $15.00 - $30.00
Everywhere Else $40.00

Australian sales include 10% GST
New Zealand sales include 15% GST + custom duties

For all other international destinations, taxes & duties are not included & you may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

As most of our jewellery is made to order to your specifications, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 10 days of receiving the item. Exchange requests are subject to item availability & at the discretion of Alexandra Dodds. Credit notes will be valid for 6 months from issue date.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service for a nominal fee.
Shipping costs and custom duties will not be refunded or credited.

Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer. 
Sale items, items purchased in conjunction with a promotion or coupon code, customised, resized or bespoke items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.


CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at hello@alexandradodds.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun. Sale items are final sale and can not be cancelled after purchase is completed.
