PRODUCTION + DISPATCH
All jewellery is made to order in our Sydney studio unless specified as Ready to Ship.
Most made to order items will ship within 3 weeks, however some items may take up to 6 weeks at busy times & depending on our supply chain. Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days.
If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact the studio here and we will try our best to accommodate your deadline- we usually can!

All items are shipped fully insured via express services through Australia Post or DHL Express & require a signature on delivery.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
Purchases under $350 AUD | From $15.00
Purchases over $350 AUD | FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING
Australian sales include 10% GST.
New Zealand sales include 15% GST
All New Zealand purchases are sent 'Deliver Duty Paid' and include all custom fees & duty import taxes.
INTERNATIONAL
Purchases under $500 AUD | From $35.00
Purchases over $500 AUD | FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING
For all other international destinations, tax & duty is not included & may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
Alexandra Dodds accepts returns for exchange or credit note only, within 14 days of receiving your item.
Exchange requests are subject to item availability & at the discretion of Alexandra Dodds. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date.
If you have ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service for a nominal fee.
Customers are responsible for shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and associated costs incurred when returning items for assessment, repair, or warranty claims. We recommend all shipments be sent using a tracked and insured service.
Sale items, items purchased in conjunction with a promotion or coupon code, customised, resized or bespoke items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned in new unworn condition with original packaging.
WARRANTY
All jewellery is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, surface marks, tarnishing, patina, metal thinning, or worn settings.
- Accidental damage, impact damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, harsh environments, sporting activities, manual labour, or other activities that place undue stress on jewellery.
- Loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
- Stone loss resulting from accidental damage, impact, wear and tear, or failure to maintain the setting.
- Repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications carried out by a third party.
CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at hello@alexandradodds.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders may incur up to a 5% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, we may be able to update the address if we have not yet shipped your item. We are not able to change the destination country on the order.
Sale items are final sale and can not be cancelled after purchase is completed.
