• All sales are strictly final - sale items can not be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.
  
• Sale items do not come with our leather jewellery pouches. If you would like to add a jewellery pouch ($20.00) please contact the studio with your order number.
  
• Some sale items are samples or seconds and may show signs of wear or imperfections. This will be noted in the product description.

• To organise a resize, please email the studio at hello@alexandradodds.com, within 24hrs of your purchase with your order number and requested size.
  
• Resizing sale items is a flat rate of $25 AUD (within specified sizing range).
  
• We can resize most rings, with the exception of some items. The resizing range will be noted in the product description.
  
• For resizes beyond the specified resizing range, please contact the studio prior to your purchase to confirm if we can resize to your requested size. It is usually possible, but will need be quoted separately (we may need to add more metal or remove stones prior to resizing which will be quoted separately).
  
• We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items if you have selected the incorrect size - please read description carefully.

Sale items will be shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express.
