Alexandra Dodds terms & conditions policy follows the requirements of the Australian consumer law. By making a purchase on alexandradodds,com, you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions listed on our website. Alexandra Dodds reserves the right to change any information on the alexandradodds.com website at any time.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

All jewellery is made to order in our Sydney studio unless specified as Ready to Ship.

Most made to order items will ship within 3 weeks, however some items may take up to 6 weeks. Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days. If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact the studio here prior to your purchase and we will let you know if we can accommodate your deadline - we usually can!


 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All items may be returned for an exchange or credit note, within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Exchange requests are subject to item availability & at the discretion of the Alexandra Dodds studio. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service for a nominal fee.

Shipping costs and custom duties will not be refunded or credited. Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer. We recommend using an express service with signature on delivery for safe return.

Sale items, items purchased in conjunction with a promotion or coupon code, customised, resized or bespoke items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in new unworn condition with original packaging. If your item shows signs of wear, Alexandra Dodds reserves the right to decline your refund or exchange request.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact the studio within 7 days of receiving your item. Faulty items will be assessed on a case by case basis. If deemed a manufacturing fault, the item will be replaced or repaired with return shipping costs covered by the Alexandra Dodds studio.


CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at hello@alexandradodds.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun. Sale items are final sale and can not be cancelled after purchase is completed. Online store order cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover non refundable merchant fees.

Custom pieces are designed & made especially for you, based on your specifications. Once an order has been agreed upon, deposit paid and production has begun, custom orders can not be cancelled & deposits are strictly non-refundable.


DISCOUNT CODES, SALE ITEMS AND PROMO CODE OFFERS

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases. Discounts are applied before shipping and tax. Unless specified, sale and promotions are valid for a limited time only. Items purchased outside of this timeframe are sold at full price.

Every effort has been made to portray our products as accurately as possible. All images on alexandradodds.com are a representation of the product- actual finishes and colours of metals and gemstones may vary depending on your computer screen & variations in natural gemstones. Most pieces are hand carved and will bare unique characteristics, while staying true to the style of the piece.
